Cincinnati area firm launches lighthearted revenue cycle marketing campaign

Ensemble Health Partners, a Mason, Ohio-based revenue cycle consulting and solutions provider, seeks to provide amusement through its new marketing campaign, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

“We’re trying to bring some personality into a space that’s kind of dry but very important,” Colt Briner, Ensemble’s new chief marketing officer, told the publication. “We’re just having some fun here. No idea is too crazy.”

The campaign includes a commercial in which Mr. Briner is talking in a faux British accent about Ensemble’s offerings and revenue cycle expertise. In the background is a stationary bike with Ensemble’s name. The company’s solutions are “available workouts” on the bike, and an instructor on the bike yells out encouragement as the bike tracks “collection costs” and “accounts receivable days.”

Ensemble videos are on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, and the company sends a video brochure to hospital CEOs and CFOs at organizations with annual net patient revenue of at least $250 million, according to the Courier.

Mr. Briner told the publication the goal with sending the video brochure by mail is so that the executives are familiar with Ensemble when its sales team calls.

“It’s humor only people in our space could get,” he added.

Ensemble’s marketing efforts also reportedly include a bringing a Mercedes called the “revenue cycle first responders vehicle” to conferences.
