Baptist Health Foundation generates $12M in first capital campaign

Baptist Health Foundation Paducah (Ky.) raised $12.1 million during its first capital campaign, surpassing a $10 million benchmark.

Money raised during the campaign, called "Celebrating Miracles, Transforming Lives," aims to fund four care areas: cancer, mother and baby, cardiac, and outreach.

The donations comprised five seven-figure and 13 six-figure gifts, contributed by 165 individuals. Notable gifts were honored by the naming of the Ray and Kay Eckstein Regional Cancer Care Center, the John and Loree Eckstein Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Carson-Myre Heart Center and Walker Medical Park 1.
