The following hospital and health system credit rating and outlook changes or affirmations occurred in the last week:

1. Fitch affirms 'AA-' rating for Beacon Health System

Fitch Ratings affirmed its "AA-" revenue bond ratings for South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System and also assigned an "AA-" issuer default rating.

2. Moody's revises Ingalls Health System outlook to negative

Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Baa2" rating for Harvey, Ill.-based Ingalls Health System.

3. Moody's assigns 'A2' rating to Henry Ford Health System

Moody's Investors Service has assigned an "A2" rating to Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System's proposed revenue bonds and upgraded existing bonds from "A3" to "A2," affecting $845 million of existing debt.

4. S&P revises Swedish Covenant Health outlook to negative

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for Chicago-based Swedish Covenant Health from stable to negative.

5. Moody's upgrades Mary Washington Healthcare rating to 'A3'

Moody's Investors Service has upgraded its rating for Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Healthcare from "Baa1" to "A3."

7. Fitch affirms 'A-' rating for Marshfield Clinic Health System

Fitch Ratings has assigned an "A-" issuer default rating to Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System.

8. Fitch assigns 'AA' issuer default rating to North Mississippi Health Services

Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA" issuer default rating to Tupelo-based North Mississippi Health Services.
