Seven hospitals and health systems received a credit downgrade during the past month, according to a report from HFA Partners.

  • East Liverpool (Ohio) City Hospital — from BBB+ to BBB- (S&P)
  • Knapp Medical Center (Weslaco, Texas) — from BBB to BB+ (S&P)
  • Lafayette (La.) General Medical Center — from A3 to Baa1 (Moody's)
  • Mission (Texas) Regional Medical Center — from BBB- to BB+ (S&P)
  • Oconee Regional Medical Center (Milledgeville, Ga.) — from CCC to CC (S&P)
  • Partners HealthCare (Boston) — from AA to AA- (S&P)
  • WellStar Health System (Marietta, Ga.) — from AA- to A (S&P)
