The following hospital and health system credit rating and outlook changes or affirmations occurred in the last two weeks, beginning with the most recent:

1. S&P lowers Lawrence General Hospital to 'BB'

S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating for Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital from "BB+" to "BB."

2. S&P revises Cheyenne Regional Medical Center outlook to positive

S&P Global Ratings affirmed its "A" long-term rating for Cheyenne (Wyo.) Regional Medical Center.

3. S&P assigns 'AA-' rating to University of Kansas Hospital Authority

S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA-" long-term rating to Lawrence-based University of Kansas Hospital Authority, which does business as the University of Kansas Health System.

4. Moody's affirms 'Baa3' rating for Adventist Healthcare

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "Baa3" rating for Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist Healthcare, affecting $327 million of debt.

5. Moody's affirms 'B2' rating to Hopkins County Hospital District

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "B2" rating for Hopkins County (Texas) Hospital District, affecting $21 million of outstanding revenue bonds.

6. Moody's affirms 'Baa2' rating for Virginia Mason Medical Center

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "Baa2" rating for Seattle-based Virginia Mason Medical Center, affecting $393 million of debt.

7. Moody's upgrades Citrus Valley Health Partners rating to 'Baa1'

Moody's Investors Service upgraded its rating for Covina, Calif.-based Citrus Valley Health Partners from "Baa2" to "Baa1."

8. Moody's revises Mercy Medical Center's outlook to negative
