The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place in the last week, starting with the most recent.

1. Moody's affirms Jackson Hospital and Clinic's bond rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa2" rating assigned to $96.1 million of series 2006 fixed rate revenue bonds issued on behalf of Jackson (Ala.) Hospital and Clinic by the Montgomery Medical Clinic Board.

2. Fitch affirms Major Hospital's 'BBB+' bond rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BBB+" rating on $53.5 million of series 2014A revenue bonds issued on behalf of Shelbyville, Ind.-based Major Hospital by the Indiana Hospital Authority.

3. Moody's affirms Centra Health's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" rating assigned to Lynchburg, Va.-based Centra Health's bonds.

4. S&P revises AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's outlook to positive
S&P revised its outlook on Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center to positive from stable and affirmed its "A+" rating on series 2007 and series 2012A revenue bonds issued on behalf of the hospital by the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority.

5. S&P revises Elliot Hospital's outlook to stable
S&P revised Manchester, N.H.-based Elliot Hospital's outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the "BBB" rating assigned to series 2009A bonds issued on behalf of the hospital by the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority.

7. Moody's affirms Virginia Commonwealth University Health System's 'Aa3' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Aa3" rating assigned to Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University Health System's bonds, affecting approximately $320 million of rated debt.

8. Moody's assigns initial 'A3' issuer rating to MercyRockford Health System
Moody's Investors Service assigned an initial "A3" issuer rating to MercyRockford Health System, which was created when Janesville, Wis.-based Mercy Health System and Rockford (Ill.) Health System merged last year.

9. Moody's affirms Concord Hospital's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Concord (N.H.) Hospital's "A2" rating, affecting $80.4 million of rated bonds.

10. Moody's affirms Hopkins County Hospital District's 'B1' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "B1" rating assigned to $22.7 million of outstanding bonds issued on behalf of Hopkins County Hospital District, which owns and operates 54-bed Hopkins County Memorial Hospital in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
