AdventHealth South Overland Park announces $150M, 85-bed expansion

AdventHealth South Overland Park (Kansas) will expand its campus with a $150 million project that will create an 85-bed hospital from an outpatient facility, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

The current facility has an outpatient clinic with a nine-patient emergency department that has a women's imaging center, laboratory and a  medical office building housing primary care physicians, physical therapy offices and various specialists.

The new hospital will be 193,000 square feet and generate 200 full-time jobs.
