Too many women in the U.S. miss recommended cancer screenings, preventing early treatment. By incorporating patient, clinician, and operational feedback and input, Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center redesigned the entire journey, combining digital tools and human navigation. The new approach, launched first with breast cancer screening, created a sustainable and scalable way to provide better, more proactive care and improve community health.
