EHR vendors stock report: Week of July 2-6

Among the major publicly-traded EHR vendors, Cerner saw the only decrease in share price at 0.34 percent.

Here is how the three EHR vendors stacked up as of July 6. The companies are listed in alphabetical order.

  • Allscripts (Chicago): $12.36 per share (up 2.32 percent)
  • athenahealth (Watertown, Mass.): $159.45 per share (down 0.34 percent)
  • Cerner (North Kansas City, Mo.): $62.96 per share (up 2.94 percent)

Other top EHRs, including eClinicalWorks, Epic and Meditech, are privately held.

The stock market was closed July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
