Arkansas State Hospital to deploy Medsphere's EHR, RCM solutions

Arkansas Department of Human Services entered into an agreement with Medsphere Systems Corp., to implement its IT solutions at Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock.

Arkansas State Hospital is a state-operated, 222-bed, acute psychiatric inpatient facility.

Medsphere will deploy its CareVue Cloud EHR and RCM Cloud revenue cycle management solution. Together, the two solutions will give Arkansas State Hospital employees access to a full suite of clinical, revenue cycle and financial tools available through Amazon Web Services.

"We're excited about the clinical and behavioral health-specific functionality of Medsphere's customized solutions and how these solutions can enhance our ability to meet our mission," said Arkansas State Hospital CEO Jay Battle.
