Allscripts anticipates revenue will hit up to 9% CAGR by 2022: 4 notes on growth

Allscripts CFO Dennis Olis shared the EHR software company's revenue growth projections over the next three years during a June 5 presentation at the Jefferies 2019 Healthcare Conference in New York City.

Four things to know:

1. Allscripts expects to grow its provider space, which comprises EHRs in both the acute and ambulatory settings, 2.5 percent to 3 percent by 2022.

2. The company's payer and life sciences division Veradigm is projected to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 15 percent to 25 percent over the next three years. Based on that estimation, Allscripts aims secure a 3.5 percent to 6 percent non-GAAP growth rate.

3. Allscripts plans to increase its merger and acquisition revenues by 2 percent to 3 percent over the next three years.  

4. Collectively, the company anticipates growing its revenues at a 5.5 percent to 9 percent CAGR by 2022.
