13 Meditech implementations, go-lives this year

Thirteen hospitals and health systems have implemented or announced plans to deploy Meditech EHR software this year.

Editor's note: EHR contracts and go-lives are listed in the order they were reported.

1. St. Albans, Vt.-based Northwestern Medical Center went live on the CommonWell Health Alliance's interoperability service with support from its EHR vendor, Meditech.

2. Williamson (W.Va.) Memorial Hospital implemented Expanse, a web-based EHR from Meditech.

3. Brookhaven, Miss.-based King's Daughters Medical Center is one of the first hospitals in the U.S. to implement Meditech's Expanse Point of Care software.

4. Boys Town (Neb.) National Research Hospital plans to implement Expanse, a web-based EMR from Meditech.

5. New Albany, Ind.-based PMC Regional Hospital installed a Meditech EHR system.

6. The Massachusetts Health Collaborative installed Meditech's Expanse EHR at its three hospitals.

7. Brockton, Mass.-based Signature Healthcare will implement Meditech's web-based EHR in its acute care and ambulatory facilities.

8. Glasgow, Mont.-based Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital finished installing Meditech's web-based EHR.

9. Atchison (Kan.) Hospital debuted Meditech's Expanse EHR.

10. Baton Rouge, La.-based Woman's Hospital deployed Meditech's web-based EHR system.

11. Kingman (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center launched a Meditech EHR.

12. Westwood, Mass.-based Lawrence General Hospital recently deployed a Meditech Expanse EHR.

13. Duluth, Minn.-based St. Luke's Health Care System installed a Meditech Expanse EHR.
