UnitedHealthcare accelerator chooses 10 digital health startups for inaugural cohort

UnitedHealthcare and Boulder, Colo.-based seed accelerator Techstars announced the first 10 startups to join their digital health innovation-focused accelerator program.

The first cohort of the Minneapolis-based program will spend the three months between the Sept. 9 kickoff and Dec. 5 Demo Day working with experts from UnitedHealthcare and from Techstars' global network of innovators. They will receive funding and mentorship to advance their proposed digital health solutions, which use technology to improve care access, quality, cost and gaps.

Here are the 10 members of the accelerator's first cohort, chosen from a pool of hundreds of startups spanning 33 countries.
