Oak Healthcare Staffing is rebranding as Elite365-Healthcare Workforce Solutions.
The rebranding follows Elite365's acquisition of Cunningham Elite Staffing. Oak Healthcare will remain the holding company for the entity, according to the Elite365 Aug. 23 news release.
The new entity will work to address the nursing shortage.
"Our value is twofold," Elite365 CEO Tracy Clark said. "Not only do we help healthcare organizations weather nursing shortages and the budget challenges that go along with that, we also ensure nurses get the care, respect, flexibility and financial rewards they deserve as skilled medical professionals."
