Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds unveiled their new brand after several mergers in 2021.

- The company's new name under the merger will be Included Health, according to an Oct. 18 news release.
- Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds completed their merger in May. The company is currently valued at $12.71 billion, according to a source close to the deal.
- On May 26, Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds announced plans to acquire Included Health, a comprehensive healthcare platform for patients who are LGBTQ and BIPOC.
- The company has more than 1,000 employees.
