Solutionreach, a patient engagement software company recently launched a new artificial intelligence-powered communication platform that helps hospitals, health systems and enterprise healthcare organizations connect with patients and staff.
The platform, dubbed SR Health, allows large healthcare organizations to control access and permissions for numerous departments and user roles, such as administrators who need to create different positions to match front desk or marketing teams.
With SR Health, providers can create "flows" for various patient communications by following patients' preferences for messaging channels, such as text and email. Communications related to scheduling, care plans, ongoing outreach and billing can all be customized on the platform, which allows providers to save time on routine interactions with patients.
