UPMC CEO's compensation dips slightly, still tops $6.4M

Pittsburgh-based UPMC President and CEO Jeffrey Romoff received total compensation of $6.43 million in fiscal year 2015, down slightly from $6.45 million the year prior, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Mr. Romoff's compensation was by far the highest at UPMC last year. His total compensation includes a base salary of $961,546, $3.05 million in bonus and incentives, $659,203 in retirement and deferred compensation, $1.73 million in other reportable compensation and $20,234 in nontaxable benefits, according to newly released tax documents.

Mr. Romoff was among 31 UPMC executives and physicians who earned at least $1 million in FY 2015.
