Here's what 5 health insurer execs made compared to their employees in 2017

Molina Healthcare CEO Joseph Zubretsky made $450 for every dollar a median employee made in 2017, according to a proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Five major insurers filed proxy statements detailing their CEO to median employee pay ratio for 2017. This is the first year SEC requires companies to include CEO pay ratios in their proxy statements under the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.

Here are the annual CEO pay ratios of five insurers: Anthem, Centene, Cigna, Humana and Molina.
