Silver Hill Hospital partners with local libraries to spread mental health awareness

A Connecticut mental health hospital is partnering with local libraries in the community to raise awareness about resources available to those facing mental health issues, according to News-12.

New Canaan, Conn.-based Silver Hill Hospital will provide local libraries with Mental Health To-Go kits, which will include a video or CD, book and list of additional resources.

Hospital officials said the kits will cover a variety of topics, including anxiety and addiction and will be available to check out just like library books.
