Spectrum Health to consolidate 26 administrative offices into 1 location

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health plans to spend about $100 million to fund construction of a new facility that will consolidate its administrative offices into one location, according to The Bond Buyer.

The administrative office building will be called the Center for Transformation and Innovation.

About 26 existing leases will be discontinued once the consolidation has taken place. Spectrum said the decision to consolidate services aims to cut costs and reduce facility dispersion.

When constructed, the building will house 1,200 employees.
