The new, free-standing center has a staff of certified emergency physicians and emergency nurses, 24-hour CAT scans, 24-hour X-ray availability and ultrasounds until 11 p.m.
The center will coordinate with Lansing, Mich.-based Sparrow Health System’s main hospital for additional care. It will also help to lessen traffic at the main hospital.
