Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare purchased a new 133,000-square-foot office building for $14.25 million in Farmington, the Hartford Courant reported March 14.
Aerospace and weapons giant Raytheon Technologies previously used the office space. The acquisition will allow the health system to reduce its office footprint by 60 percent, according to the Courant.
Hartford HealthCare recently opened its new downtown office after spending $14 million on renovations.
