Emory University Hospital gets OK to build $469M cancer tower

Atlanta-based Emory University Hospital Midtown won state approval to build a 17-story, $469 million cancer tower, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle

The 455,000-square-foot cancer tower will be across the street from the main hospital and house 64 beds and six operating rooms. 

All cancer services will occur under one roof. Construction is slated to end in 2023.
