The following accountable care organizations or value-based care delivery arrangements were reported within the past month.

1. UnitedHealthcare, Arizona Care Network Form ACO
Arizona Care Network — formed through collaboration between San Francisco-based Dignity Health and Phoenix-based Abrazo Health — and UnitedHealthcare announced they are forming an accountable care organization.

2. Kindred Healthcare Partners With Silver State ACO
Louisville, Ky.-based Kindred Healthcare announced it will become a strategic partner and owner in Las Vegas-based Silver State Accountable Care Organization.

3. Aetna, Northeast Medical Group Form Collaborative Care Agreement
New Haven, Conn.-based Northeast Medical Group, a physician group affiliated with Yale New Haven Health, and Aetna announced a new collaborative care agreement.

4. Aetna, Santa Clara County Individual Practice Association Form ACO
Aetna and San Mateo, Calif.-based Santa Clara County Individual Practice Association, a physician network, announced they are partnering to form an accountable care organization.

5. NorthShore, Alexian Brothers to form Illinois Medicaid ACOs
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services approved three more health systems to participate in the state's Medicaid accountable care organization initiative.

6. Bellin Health Joins Blue Shield Priority Network
Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Health announced it will join Blue Priority — Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield's ACO in Wisconsin.

7. Tenet, Florida Blue Ink ACO Agreement
Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and Florida Blue, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan of Florida, established an accountable care organization agreement.
