    Michael Wallace. President and CEO of Fort HealthCare (Fort Atkinson, Wis.). Mr. Wallace joined Fort HealthCare in 2006 and since then has implemented a vision to drive the community to be the healthiest in the state of Wisconsin. During his tenure, Jefferson County has moved from the 33rd spot out of 72 counties to 9th in 2017 on the University of Wisconsin Population Health Initiative rankings for overall health outcomes. The county also moved from 44th in health behaviors to No. 8 last year. Mr. Babb became the founding CEO of Citizens Memorial Healthcare in 1981 and has since led the hospital through a transformation into a fully integrated healthcare system. He is responsible for overseeing the health system's 86-bed acute care hospital, 32 physician offices and a long-term care facility. During his tenure, the hospital earned the Missouri Quality Award twice and became the first rural hospital to achieve HIMSS Stage 7 in 2010.     Duke Anderson. President and CEO of Hillsdale (Mich.) Hospital. Mr. Anderson became COO of Hillsdale Hospital in 2006 and was later promoted to president and CEO. He is responsible for Hillsdale's 47-bed hospital, 39-bed skilled nursing facility and 10-bed behavioral health clinic.     Karen Barber, RN. CEO of Yoakum (Texas) Community Hospital. Ms. Barber joined Yoakum Community Hospital in 1992 and rose in the ranks to become CEO in 2006. She led the hospital through implementing EHR and earned the Texas Hospital Association's Pioneer Award in 2010, given to individuals for excellence in rural hospital management.
