Mercy Medical Center's Mercy Innovation Center (Des Moines, Iowa).The Mercy Innovation Center was founded in February 2014 with the goal of redesigning the health system's delivery model to enhance patient care. The center aims to provide tools and expertise to help guide and strengthen the health system's existing culture of innovation and accelerate the creative process for providers and researchers alike. The facility maintains multiple simulation environments and laboratories as well as providing creative spaces for ideation.
