Teri Fontenot. President and CEO of Woman's Hospital (Baton Rouge, La.). Ms. Fontenot leads Woman's Hospital, a 350-bed Level III regional referral hospital, as its president and CEO. She has won numerous awards over the course of her career, including the Louisiana Hospital Association's Golden Pelican President's award in 2010 and 2016 as well as the American College of Healthcare Executives' Service Award in 2009. She has chaired the American Hospital Association's board of trustees and served a six-year term on the Advisory Committee on Research on Women's Health for the National Institutes of Health. She was inducted into Baton Rouge-based Louisiana State University E. J. Ourso College of Business Hall of Distinction in 2011.
