Charles Fennell. Vice President for Information Management and CIO of St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center (Syracuse, N.Y.) and CIO of St. Peter's Health Partners (Albany, N.Y.). Mr. Fennell became CIO of St. Joseph Health in 2001 and added the title of interim CIO of St. Peter's Health Partners in 2015. He became the permanent CIO at SPHP in April 2016. Mr. Fennell was vice president of health systems at Nashotah, Wis.-based Health Care Data Systems before joining St. Joseph's Health.
