Tri-City Medical Center Cuts 3% of Workforce

Oceanside, Calif.-based Tri-City Medical Center has laid off roughly 3 percent of its workforce, affecting about 67 employees, according to a U-T San Diego report.

The layoffs did not happen all at once, according to the report, but were spread out over recent months. A hospital spokesman told the U-T San Diego Tri-City made the cuts due to "business fluctuations."
