MD Buyline released its 2015 Q2 user satisfaction trending data at the beginning of this month.
According to a press release, MD Buyline's industry experts surveyed hundreds of end users to rate suppliers in 6 categories: system performance, system reliability, installation/implementation, application training, service response time and service repair quality.
Suppliers ranked highest in their class for overall customer satisfaction includes:
