Cornerstone OnDemand's Cornerstone Learning is now available at Hershey, Pa.-based Hershey Medical Center.
In a press release, Cornerstone announced the medical center is utilizing the talent management software to create a work environment for its employees that fosters professional development and quality care for patients.
Employees will have access to instructor-led training, virtual learning, exams, certifications, compliance content and social learning tools through multiple devices, according the release.
Amy Ricords, director of nursing education at Hershey Medical Center believes implementing Cornerstone Learning will continue the center's reputation for providing excellent patient care. "With Cornerstone, we are able to respond to training needs with ease, equipping our nurses and clinicians not only to be experts on the latest procedures, but also tobe experts in delivering truly compassionate care."
