Boston-based Partners HealthCare Connected Health joined forces with Health Advocate — a Plymouth Meeting, Pa.-based subsidiary of West Corp. — to expand its Partners Online Second Opinions Service capabilities.
The Partners Online Second Opinions Service connects patients and physicians worldwide with remote access to second opinions from medical specialists affiliated with Partners HealthCare. Health Advocate helps patients navigate the healthcare industry to find appropriate care.
Through the partnership, Health Advocate will collect and deliver patients' medical records and radiology and pathology diagnostic test results to Partners Online Second Opinions Service providers.
