Ami Parekh, MD, JD. Executive Medical Director of Population Health and Accountable Care for UCSF Health (San Francisco). Dr. Parekh joined UCSF Health in 2012, and has helped the system remain at the forefront of value-based care. Dr. Parekh also serves as an assistant clinical professor at UCSF. In addition to her medical degree, she holds a law degree from New Haven, Conn.-based Yale Law School. Prior to coming to UCSF Health, she worked for the Clinton Foundation, on President Barack Obama's 2008 campaign and at Boston-based Brigham and Women's Hospital.
