Tina Lesser, RN, has been promoted to corporate director of quality and patient safety for Holyoke, Mass.-based Valley Health Systems, the parent company of Holyoke Medical Center, according a report from The Recorder.
As corporate director, Ms. Lesser will oversee all quality improvement initiatives for the medical center and its affiliates — Holyoke Visiting Nurses Association and River Valley Counseling Center.
Prior to her promotion, Ms. Lesser served as director of patient safety. She has more than 10 years of clinical nursing experience at Milford (Conn.) Hospital, Griffin Hospital in Derby, Conn., and Bridgeport (Conn.) Hospital. Ms. Lesser also served as director of quality at Milford before joining Holyoke.
