Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill, Fla., has appointed Peggy Madill, RN, BSN, as vice president of quality and patient safety.
Ms. Madill is a licensed healthcare risk manager and is certified as a professional in healthcare quality as well as a health information technology clinician and practioner consultant.
Before joining Oak Hill Hospital, Ms. Madill served in a variety of c-suite positions at other healthcare organizations, including chief compliance officer, chief clinical officer, CIO and chief quality officer. She has worked for both hospitals and hospice centers.
In making the announcement of Ms. Madill's appointment, Oak Hill Hospital CMO Michael Torres, MD, said "She brings a wealth of healthcare management experience in acute care, hospice and palliative care, and home healthcare. She will be a tremendous asset to our organization."
