New American College of Radiology committee to focus on quality, patient safety

The American College of Radiology Commission on Patient- and Family-Centered Care has created a Quality Experience Committee to identify quality, safety and patient experience priorities to improve patient outcomes in radiology.

According to the commission chair, James V. Rawson, MD, Quality Experience Committee members will also "explore how to incorporate the needs, wants and value of our patients and communities in the development of standards and guidelines."

Here is a list of the new officers and members and their affiliated organizations:
