The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest hospitalwide, all-cause, unplanned readmission rates, according to data from CMS.

Data were pulled from Hospital Compare and is from July 2013 through June 2014, the most recent data available.

All the hospitals on this list have an all-cause, unplanned readmission rate of 13.3 percent or less. For reference, the national average is 15.2 percent.
