The following 48 hospital have an acute myocardial infarction 30-day mortality rate at or below 12, well below the national average rate of 15.2

Data was taken from CMS' Hospital Compare database, and the rates reflect data measured from July 2009 through June 2012.

The 48 hospitals with the lowest heart attack 30-day mortality rates are as follows:
