Minuteman Health, a Boston-based nonprofit health insurer, lacks funds to complete a proposed transition to a for-profit entity and sell insurance on 2018 ACA marketplaces.

6. Summit Health signs Medicare agreement with Humana
Chambersburg, Pa.-based Summit Health and Humana in Louisville, Ky., contracted to allow Humana's Medicare customers in-network access to Summit Health's facilities and providers. 

7. Centene subsidiary to fill Nevada counties lacking ACA exchange insurer
Las Vegas-based SilverSummit Healthplan, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Centene, will offer its Ambetter ACA marketplace product in Nevada next year, filling all counties lacking an individual exchange product. 

8. Anne Arundel Medical Center, CareFirst end contract spat 
Annapolis, Md.-based Anne Arundel Medical Center and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Baltimore inked a three-year in-network contract Aug. 4.
