Health insurer Centene's profit grew to $107 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014, up from $53 million for the same period a year prior, according to Reuters.
The insurer's revenue grew to $4.73 billion in the fourth quarter, up 61 percent from the same period of fiscal 2013.
Centene's profit growth was attributable largely to increased Medicaid membership, according to the report.
