The following health insurers made headlines this week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Centene receives $75M tax break on new office campus
St. Louis-based Centene will receive a tax abatement on its proposed $772 million office campus, saving $75 million over two decades.

2. St. Peter's Health Partners, CDPHP insurer publicize contract dispute
Albany, N.Y.-based St. Peter's Health Partners and Albany-based Capital District Physicians' Health Plan launched opposing websites to reveal a contract spat over provider payments.

3. Humana doles out $93M in quality payments to providers
More than 4,465 provider groups participating in value-based relationships with Humana received more than $93.6 million for boosting quality care outcomes.  

4. Oscar Health loses $45M in 3 states in Q3
New York City-based startup Oscar Health posted a $45 million loss in its New York, Texas and California ACA individual plan markets in the third quarter of fiscal year 2016. 

5. UnitedHealthcare, two other insurers lose protests over $58B Tricare contracts
The U.S. Government Accountability Office dismissed protests from UnitedHealthcare, Health Net and WellPoint over losing two large military healthcare contract bids valued at a combined $58 billion. 

6. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield printing error compromises up to 170k policyholders' info
A printing error Oct. 31 caused as many as 170,000 Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey customers to receive benefit letters baring the names, policy numbers and physician information of other policyholders.

7. Geisinger Health Plan selects Talix for risk-adjusted coding
Geisinger Health Plan in Danville, Pa., implemented automated coding technology from Talix to streamline risk adjustment processes. 

8. BCBS of Georgia, St. Mary's Health Care System ink agreement
Athens, Ga.-based St. Mary's Health Care System and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia reached an agreement to continue in-network collaboration.

9. Everett Clinic, Regence BlueShield reach contract resolution
The Everett (Wash.) Clinic will network with Seattle-based Regence BlueShield for 2017 health plans, overriding contract disputes that could have disrupted care for 69,000 patients. 

10. Anthem-Cigna trial to begin next week: 9 things to know
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson will begin hearing remarks from Anthem and Cigna Nov. 21 as the payers defend their $54 billion acquisition contract against a U.S. Department of Justice antitrust challenge. 

11. Blue Cross diverts thousands to new care network in Idaho
More than 7,000 Blue Cross of Idaho members in KootenaiCounty will have to participate in the Kootenai Care Network if they want to get Blue Cross insurance next year.

12. Aetna CEO says Trump win took company by surprise 
The CEO of Aetna said his team went back to the drawing board following the Nov. 8 election results to devise a course of action for an outcome they had not anticipated — potential repeal of the ACA.
