Hackensack Meridian partners with PatientPing to improve care coordination

Hackensack (N.J.) Meridian Health is partnering with PatientPing, a health technology company dedicated to improving patient care through improved data flow between healthcare organizations.

Through PatientPing's technology, providers can receive "pings" or real-time notifications when patients receive care at facilities across the state. Through the system, providers can coordinate with one another to share contact information and patient records, with the aim of reducing unnecessary readmissions and ensuring safer care transitions for their patients.
