Where and when do I send my booth?

Exhibitors will ship their booth directly to the Westin between November 6th and November 13th. Shipping and handling directions and costs will be provided in the Exhibitor Kit sent 45 days in advance of the conference.

Will there be a company on-site to set up the booths?

The Becker's staff is available to assist; however, there will not be a company available to help with booth setup. If you'd like to hire a company to provide this service, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. Please let the Becker's Events Team know if you need recommendations of local companies.

Can I order Lead Retrieval?

Exhibitors have the option to purchase a badge scanner to use at their booth for lead retrieval. This allows you to easily scan the attendees' badges and gather their contact information in one report. You may complete the order form here and send to orders@american-tradeshow.com. You will be able to pick up your pre-ordered device or order on site in the exhibit hall, the day of the event.

Can my booth host a raffle?

Absolutely!  We encourage all booths to host a raffle on Monday or Tuesday evening to encourage attendees to stop by and leave business cards.  If you plan on participating in a raffle, please let the Becker's Events Team know what you'll be raffling.  We will then arrange a time to stop by your booth on Monday or Tuesday evening and announce the winners.

How can I purchase electricity and internet for my booth?

You will order directly through the hotel using the Order Form provided in the Exhibitor Kit, which you will receive via email approximately 45 days prior to the conference.  Please note, neither electricity nor internet are included with your booth.  Also note, Becker's does not hire an onsite company to assist with booth setup and tear down.  Please let us know if you require this service and we can recommend local companies.  Our staff will be on hand and happy to assist, as well.

What should I wear?

Business casual dress is recommended.  Chicago's average weather in November is 30-40 degrees; however, this can fluctuate dramatically.

Exhibitor Rules & Regulations:

Exhibitors must adhere to the size of the purchased booth space. If your booth extends beyond the specified dimensions, it will need to be modified or taken down to fit the allotted area.

Please be sure that all boxes, cases and packages are ready to ship with a shipping label adhered and billing information confirmed before booth personnel leave the ballroom. Booth personnel are responsible for boxing, taping and labeling all of your outgoing packages with, either, a FedEx or UPS label. If you are using UPS or a freight carrier, please be sure to schedule your pick up. Becker's Healthcare is not responsible for any leftover boxes.

Exhibit booths may NOT dismantle before 7:00 pm on Tuesday evening. Any booths that dismantle before then will not be able to preference booth location at future conferences. Booths must be completely dismantled and ready to ship by 9:00 pm on Tuesday evening.
