Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai, UCLA Health System and Mechanicsburg, Penn.-based long-term care provider Select Medical have joined forces to open an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital, according to a news release.
The 138-bed facility will be housed in the current Century City Hospital in Los Angeles and is expected to open in late 2015. Cedars-Sinai and UCLA Health System will transition their inpatients to the new site once opened, and Select Medical will operate the facility.
