San Diego County Hospital Districts in Legal Battle Over Territory

Two rival hospital districts in North San Diego County are locked in a legal battle over territory, according to a report by the San Diego Union-Tribune.
In a lawsuit, Tri-City Healthcare District has accused Palomar Pomerado Health of encroaching on its state-assigned territory by planning retail clinics in grocery stores in that area.
