New Mexico County Revives Plans to Build New Hospital
Valencia County (N.M.) has revived plans to build a new hospital that have been postponed since 2006, according to a report by NewsWest 9.In 2006, voters approved a levy that would generate more than $20 million for the hospital. A lawsuit fled by a group of residents held up the project, but the suit was recently denied.
The new hospital is expected to open in May 2013.
