Mundelein, Ill.-based Medline has selected COMS Interactive's Daylight IQ Disease Management solution as a new product offering. Per the new agreement, the two companies will join on marketing and sales initiatives for the solution.
Daylight IQ offers a series of protocols to empower nursing teams at the point of care and improve communication between providers with the intent of reducing hospital readmissions.
"COMS is a natural fit for us as we continue to bring customers innovative and highly effective solutions for reducing preventable hospital readmissions and enhancing care in all healthcare settings," said David Jacobs, president of Medline's post-acute care division.
