Interim CEO, Chairwoman of Illinois' Warner Hospital Resign
John Wood, interim CEO, and Carolyn Peters, chairwoman of the board of directors, resigned their positions at Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton, Ill., according to a report in the Bloomington Pantagraph.
Mr. Wood and Ms. Peters both cited personal reasons for their resignations, according to the report. Mr. Wood was appointed to interim CEO of Warner Hospital a year ago and was expected to apply for the CEO position.
Warner Hospital has brought in a search committee and a consulting firm to hire replacements for the leadership position. Donna Wisner, Warner's CFO, will take over administrative duties until an interim is named, according to the report.
