Henry Schein was recently named to Fortune's list of "World's Most Admired Companies" for 2015. The company provides healthcare products and services to office-based dental, animal health and medical practitioners, and came in as number one in the "Wholesalers: Health Care Industry" list.
This is the second consecutive year Henry Schein has ranked as number one on the list, and the fourteenth consecutive year the company has appeared on the list.
Henry Schein also ranked first in all nine sub-categories within the industry, which contribute to the overall ranking. The sub categories include: management quality, quality of products and services, innovativeness, value as a long-term investment, soundness of financial position, ability to attract, develop & retain talent, community responsibility, wise use of corporate assets, and effectiveness in conducting a global business.
