Fundraisers Alter Approach Due to Recession
Fundraisers for hospitals and other not-for-profit organizations have been altering their approach due to the recession, according to a report by USA Today.
For example, many of them are canceling expensive events, focusing appeals on the most loyal donors, seeking goods and services instead of just cash and diversifying sources of support.
